The international UNESCO congress Terra 2016 is the twelfth in a series of international events organized since 1972, bringing together academics, professionals and experts, and a broad audience gathering around earthen architecture. Andrea Klinge (Roswag Architekten) will give a lecture about hygroscopic natural materials versus mechanical ventilation and present current findings of the H-House project.
The H-House National Workshop will be hosted by Roswag Architekten in Berlin and takes place as part of the Open Architecture Offices. International speakers will discuss concepts for sustainable construction in light of an improved indoor environment quality. Andrea Klinge (Roswag Architekten) will present project results with regards to the development of eco-innovative partition walls and the positive impact on the air quality. Matthias Richter (BAM) will present findings about the investigation of such wall constructions in light of materials emissions and the capacity of materials to adsorb airborne pollutants.

The EU Sustainable Week is taking place in Brussels from the 14th – 16th June. Oliver Kreft (Xella) will present successful project results of the H-House project in the framework of the AMANAC seminar to architect and engineering designers, contractors, industrial associations, the European Council for Construction Research, Development and Innovation (ECCREDI), and its various members and relevant public authorities.

The regional conference provides a platform for exchange between researchers and practitioners of the construction sector to foster system thinking in the built environment. Andrea Klinge and Eike Roswag-Klinge (Roswag Architekten) presents the latest project results with regards to benefits of natural building materials in light of natural ventilation.
