WP1: Financial and administrative management

WP 1 consists of Financial and administrative management. The Coordinator of H-House (Katarina Malaga, CBI) is responsible for the overall management, organization and supervision of the project. The coordinator is also responsible for the operative management and comprehensive support for administrative, legal and financial aspects. 

The Steering Committee (SC) is guaranteeing the administrative coordination of WPs. The General Assembly (GA) is responsible for the strategic orientation of the project and for the final decisions. On behalf of the project consortium, the Coordinator is responsible for communicating with the European Commission.
